 Our family includes… Savvas Fotiadis, one of the owners and General Manager of The Manor. He owned and operated Dean Park Pizza in Shrewsbury for 10 years before purchasing The Manor. Savvas is active in many organizations such as the Shriners, Rotary Club and the Masons. Savvas can be found actively involved in any area of the restaurant at any time of the day. Janet Fotiadis, Manager and Savvas' wife, has been with The Manor since it’s opening. Janet assists in the planning of all parties, dinner shows and special events. Katerina Fotiadis, owner and dining room manager also ran the dining room at Dean Park Pizza before opening The Manor. A working mom, Katerina balances her life with her three children and The Manor…a family restaurant. Tony Fotiadis is an owner and maintenance manager for the Manor. He is responsible for all the exciting renovations to The Manor as well as the new function room addition. The staff of The Manor works tirelessly to ensure that from the first time you walk through our door until you leave, you have a delicious and memorable experience.

Welcome to our life long dream. I heard of America while growing up in Russian Georgia, the daughter of expatriated Hellspontian Greek parents. I again heard of this country when my parents and I finally returned to our native Greece. My dream was of a land where truth and love prevail, where family unity, harmony and joy are high priorities. I dreamed of a land where freedom, education and progress, as well as the opportunity for successful and continuous pursuit of dreams and happiness, are the norm and not the exception. My husband Stavros shared my dream while raising our children in Greece and chose this land, above all others, to be the place where our dream for our family and our children's families would and could be realized. I invite you to visit us in our restaurant’s pleasant atmosphere. Come meet our children, Savvas, Katerina and Tony along with their families and The Manor staff.
